What payment method can you use?
We use PayPal as our trusted payment gateway for your transactions with all payments being in Australian dollars. You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to use this payment option as PayPal accepts direct payment through Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Orders after receipt of payment under normal conditions will be shipped within 24 hours during business days.
Australian customers can expect their products to be delivered within 48 business hours after that.
For New Zealand orders this can take another day extra.
Shipments to USA can be expected within 7 to 9 days after the products leave our warehouse.
So in general within 1 - 9 days you can expect your products.
If you haven't received you products yet within that period, feel free to contact us so we can track the products for you.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand!! This is only because we can guarantee the pricing and shipping costs at this moment. If you would like to know how much it will cost to ship to your country and the terms we can do this for please feel free to drop us an enquiry via our contact form.
